The Parks and Recreation department, responding to a request from the Friends Board, has planned the trimming back of several trees that have been dropping large limbs. These trees, along Wharton Street and along Reed Street, require this maintenance to remove dangerous branches and help keep the trees healthy.
We were advised today that the work is tentatively slated for Wednesday 2/21 and Thursday 2/22.
